Journey To Jade 3
Travel Schedule
Continued:
June 9th:  We will go
shopping for Jade.

June 10th :  We will go
sight seeing to XiangHu Park.

June 11th:   Robert and
Jacob will fly to Shanghai
9:15 am to return home.  We
will so sightseeing to Teng
Wang Ge.

June 12th:  Notarized
adoption documents and
Jade's passport will be
delivered.  Robert and Jacob
will arrive in Austin at 2:24
pm.

June 13th:  Leave for
Guangzhou.
June 14th - 18th
June 9th:  Another Awesome day.  
Jade is really starting to feel
comfortable around us.  She had spicy
Nanchang style noodles for breakfast
and loves them.  We went to Wal-Mart
to shop.  Yes, this is Rob SMILING in
Wal-Mart.  Shocking.  We also ate at
KFC in Wal-Mart for lunch.  KFC is big
around here. All Chinese paperwork is
done.  She is ours now!
June 10th: Jade is feeling a
little under the weather, but is
being a trooper.  We enjoyed
the peacefulness of XiangHu
Park.
June 11th: Jade is feeling a
bit better and has a great
attitude. We enjoyed the tour
and eating at McDonald's.  
Jade loves French Fries!  
She is also missing her
Daddy and Jacob.  They left
for home this morning.
June 12th: Today
was a tour of a small
village.  It was quite
interesting and gave
us an idea of how
Jade lived while she
lived in foster care.  
Amy truly enjoyed
meeting the locals.  
Although the
language was
different,
communication was
still possible.
June 13th: We have arrived in
Guangzhou and are staying at the
beautiful White Swan Hotel.  Jade
slept through most of the airplane
flight and did great!  We did some
walking around this evening and the
area is quite nice.  The locals are all
so very kind as well.  Jade has
realized that she likes cheese
crackers.  Yum!
